Snow shuts down properties, and lawsuits from slip-and-falls follow close behind. The right snow service isn't just about plowing. It's about ice management, sidewalks, stacking strategy, and relocation when piles get too big.

EEC handles full commercial snow operations: plowing, salt and ice management, sidewalk clearing, snow stacking, and relocation. Reliable response, proper insurance, documentation for liability records, built for properties that can't afford to be inaccessible.

Commercial Snow Removal FAQs

Plowing, ice management, and slip-and-fall documentation, the snow contract basics.

Do you handle snow removal for commercial properties only?

We focus on commercial snow contracts, retail, office, industrial, multi-tenant, and HOA common areas, where reliability and liability documentation matter most. We do take on select large residential properties, but our core capacity is built around commercial routes.

What does your snow removal service include?

Service includes plowing of parking lots and drive lanes, sidewalk shoveling and snowblowing, salt and ice-melt application, pre-storm anti-icing treatment, and post-storm cleanup. We monitor weather and dispatch crews automatically based on accumulation thresholds in your contract.

Are you available for emergency or middle-of-the-night dispatch?

Yes, that's the entire model. Our crews are on-call 24/7 throughout the snow season. Most contracts trigger automatic dispatch at 2" accumulation, and we have the property cleared and salted before your customers, employees, or tenants arrive in the morning.

Do you provide service documentation for slip-and-fall liability?

Absolutely. Every service visit includes timestamped GPS-verified arrival and completion logs, photos of the cleared property, salt application records, and detailed invoices. This documentation is essential for defending against slip-and-fall claims and is included with every contract.

When should we sign a snow contract for the season?

Sign by mid-October for best route placement. We accept contracts through November but prioritize earlier sign-ups for our core routes. Late-season sign-ups may be limited to overflow availability depending on storm load.

How much does commercial snow removal cost?

We offer per-push pricing, per-storm pricing, and seasonal flat-rate contracts depending on what fits your budget and risk tolerance. Pricing factors include lot size, sidewalk linear footage, salt volume, and dispatch trigger thresholds. We're fully insured for commercial snow operations and provide free on-site quotes.
