Provider

SMS service is operated through GoHighLevel / LeadConnector and routed through US-licensed mobile carriers. Carriers and SMS providers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

No Resale of Mobile Information

We do not share, sell, rent, or transfer your mobile number, opt-in data, or SMS message content with any third parties for their marketing purposes. Your mobile information is used only by EEC and our SMS provider to deliver the messages described above.

  • Use AI to assist with scheduling and routing jobs across our service area.
  • Use AI internally to help draft marketing content and website copy. No customer-specific data is provided as input.

What We DO NOT Do With AI

  • We do not sell, license, share, or transfer your personal information to any AI company for model training.
  • We do not allow third-party AI systems to use your information to train their general-purpose models.
  • We do not use AI to make automated decisions about service eligibility, pricing, or anything that materially affects you without human review of the result.
  • We do not generate or send marketing content that uses your personal information without your prior consent.
