Family-owned NJ power washing since 2013

Three trucks. One family. Twelve years.

We started in Scotch Plains in 2013 with one truck and 25 years of pressure washing experience. Today we're three trucks and a small team, still family-owned, still run by the same guy who answers the phone.

Our Story

STARTED IN THE '90s. STILL FAMILY-OWNED.

Mike started pressure washing NJ properties in the '90s as a side gig doing gutter cleaning. As demand grew, EEC was officially born in 2013. We kept learning, kept investing, and kept showing up.

Today, EEC is a fully licensed and insured power washing contractor with 25+ years of experience behind us. We've cleaned everything from one-bedroom condos in Cranford to multi-building HOAs across Union County. The work has changed. Our standards haven't.

It's watching a customer step outside and see their property look new again. That's the part that hasn't gotten old.

WHY EEC

FOUR THINGS WE DO DIFFERENTLY

365-Day Guarantee

We stand by our work. If algae or growth returns within 365 days, we come back and fix it at no charge.

Family-Owned

We're proudly family-owned since 2013, serving Union, Somerset, Morris, and Middlesex counties.

2-Step Power Washing System

First we apply manufacturer-approved detergents that kill mold and algae at the root. Then we rinse with controlled pressure that protects surfaces. That's how we get results that actually last.

Fully Licensed, Insured & Certified

General liability and workers' comp on every job. Certificate of insurance on request. SoftWash Systems Certified, PWNA Certified, SureBond Certified.

Meet the Owner

HI, I'M MIKE.

I started Extreme Exterior Cleaning in 2013, but I've been pressure washing NJ properties since the late 90s. Back then it was gutter cleaning as a side gig. Now we've got three trucks and a small crew, but I'm still on the jobs.

Reason I started this: my parents hired a contractor when I was a kid who cut corners and lied about it. Charged for things he didn't do, did the rest sloppy. Always bothered me. So when I started EEC, I figured the only way to do it right was to be the one checking the work myself.

That's still how it works today. I'm the one signing off before we leave.
